Pro-CGE offers writing overhaul, coaching and editing packages for every aspect of your dissertation, from topic development through data analysis and drawing conclusions from your data.  

All services are paid upon delivery with a quality that is to your satisfaction. Based on your feedback, we will revise your document until you are satisfied. Only then will you pay for a service.  As the client, you can pick and choose what services and what level of services you want for each step in the dissertation process.  

**Note: Pro-CGE does NOT endorse the writing of papers for students.  We will overhaul your writing, but we will NOT generate your ideas and write the entire paper for you.  Our mission is to help graduate students become community leaders.

Prospectus Stage:

  • Topic development, including identification of a topic and narrowing or expanding it sufficiently for a dissertation proposal
  • Prospectus development, unlimited revisions until approved

    ~ Coaching: $125

Proposal Stage:

• Chapter 1 (Introduction)

  • Payment due upon delivery of Chapter 1:
    ~ Writing overhaul: $500
    ~ Coaching: $250
    ~ Editing: $125

• Chapter 2 (Literature Review)

  • Payment due upon delivery of Chapter 2:
    ~ Writing overhaul: $1,000
    ~ Coaching: $500
    ~ Editing: $350

• Chapter 3 (Methodology)

  • Payment due upon delivery of Chapter 3:
    ~ Writing overhaul: $500
    ~ Coaching: $250
    ~ Editing: $125
  • Reference formatting and agreement using ReciteWorks.
  • Help with Completion of the IRB application
  • Formatting of the final Proposal to college or university standards
  • Mock proposal defense with multiple Pro-CGE PhDs staff members in attendance to ask questions

IRB Phase:

  • Generation of Professional Recruitment Flier with QE code ($100)
  • Help with Completion of the IRB application ($250)
  • Help with the Generation of Interview Questions and Interview Protocol ($100)
  • Help with the Generation of Quantitative Survey, with Survey Logic ($100)

Dissertation Stage:

  • Help soliciting and securing participants for the study, if necessary
  • Transcription of interviews from interview video or audio files

• Data Analysis

  • Quantitative, qualitative or mixed methods data analysis of dissertation results
  • Qualitative methods will be performed using the client’s choice of NVivo or MAXQDA
  • Quantitative methods will be performed using R
  • Professional quality data tables and figures made using NVivo, MAXQDA, R, Adobe Illustrator or other professional graphic design software
    ~ Payment due upon delivery of publication quality figures: $750

• Chapter 4 (Results)

  • Payment due upon delivery of Chapter 4:
    ~ Writing overhaul: $750
    ~ Coaching: $500
    ~ Editing: $350

• Chapter 5 (Discussion and Future Directions)

  • Payment due upon delivery of Chapter 5:
    ~ Writing overhaul: $500
    ~ Coaching: $250
    ~ Editing: $125
  • Appendices related to data analysis (if data analysis was performed by Pro-CGE)
  • Appendices related to Chapter 4 or Chapter 5
  • Formatting of the final dissertation to University standards
  • Mock dissertation defense with multiple Pro-CGE PhDs in attendance to ask questions
  • Pro-CGE will return upon successful Doctorate Degree Conferral:
